Returns Policy


If the item is a stock item then you may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the item is a "made to order" item we will not accept returns just for change of mind.  If the "made to order" item is an incorrect or defective item then you may return these items  within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Once an order is approved, then provided the items are not "made to order" items, the order will take a maximum of 48 hours to fulfill.  Shipping times then depend on the location that you require the items to be shipped to.  If the location is Brisbane or greater Brisbane areas then it should only take 1 business day to ship.  Sydney, Melbourne and Cairns will take 2 - 3 business days and Country Qld and Northern Territory can take up to 8 business days.
