Custom made name badges are printed with your first and last name with your title underneath. These badges are available with either a magnetic or pin backing.
Bulk Name Badge Instructions
Please follow the steps below to complete your name badge request:
- Download the Excel template provided.
- Complete all required fields for each name badge, including:
- First Name
- Second Name (Surname)
- Title
- Image Name (this must exactly match the name of the image file you would like displayed on the badge).
- Ensure each image file is named correctly. The image file name must exactly match the Image Name entered in the Excel document.
- Save all image files into one compressed (ZIP) folder ready for upload.
- Review all information carefully before submitting the Excel document and ZIP folder.
Important:
- The information entered into the Excel document will be printed exactly as it appears. Please ensure all names, titles, spelling, punctuation, and capitalisation are correct, as they will not be edited before printing.
- Image file names must match the Image Name listed in the Excel document exactly. This ensures the correct image is assigned to each name badge.
- Only upload one ZIP folder containing all image files associated with your Excel submission.
